Maximizing Impact in Minimal Footprint
Located in the vibrant heart of Bangalore’s Church Street, this project challenged us to reimagine spatial efficiency for a fast growing EdTech company. The brief was ambitious- transition a highly constrained, tight footprint into a high functioning dual-purpose environment capable of hosting 60 students across two classrooms while seamlessly accommodating a 30-person corporate workforce with a strict timeline.
To maximize the tight square footage without making the environment feel congested, we leaned into a clean, contemporary aesthetic that treats physical boundaries as design catalysts.
We also strategically retained and repurposed a few of the key structural elements and infrastructural assets from the previous occupants. This mindful integration of existing materials significantly diverted waste from landfills and kept the budget lean all while maintaining a premium look.
By treating physical limitations as a design catalyst, we delivered a high density hub where corporate strategy and interactive learning coexist without compromise.
